COVID-19 Updates

Temporary Closure Announcement

In light of COVID19 Pandemic, and in the best interest of our staff and patient’s safety and health, we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close our office as of March 31/2020.

Going forward, we will attending to our patient’s needs/concerns on an urgent or on call basis. The best mode of communication will be our email, or call us at 403-457-9669. Please leave your name, contact info, and nature of your concern. We will be checking our emails and voice messages regularly and do our best to provide support and care on a case by case basis. We are here for you!

We are all in this together and together we will come out of this.

“Clean Hands, Clear Minds, and Open Hearts”

Take care and stay safe and lets all do our part in keeping others safe and allow our frontline workers to do their jobs in the most safe and effective manner.

See you all soon!

Reopening Announcement

We are really excited to be able to open our doors officially on Wednesday May 14, 2020!

We have missed you!! We are opening, but it is not business as usual. Please be patient with us for the next few months, as we gradually bring our operation hours/days and staffing back to previous levels.

The safety of our patients and employees is our first priority.

We are making changes to our operation as regulated by our College guidelines to maintain a safe environment and social distancing standards. The Eye on Evanston Team will all be wearing masks, so you may not be able to see us smile under our masks, but we are all happy to see you again! :)

Rest assured we are following stringent disinfecting protocols and social distancing to keep everyone safe, as per our College guidelines.

ALL patients/clients need to have an appointment to enter the clinic. If you are here and don’t have an appointment, please call us at 403-457-9669.

Pick-ups and adjustments are by appointment only.
